At Kids Place at Grace, we foster a faith-based, family-centered environment where team members are supported, encouraged, and given opportunities for personal and professional growth. We believe in creating a positive workplace culture centered around meaningful work that impacts children and families every day. Our team may include Preschool Teachers, Assistant Teachers, Infant Care Staff, After-School Program Leaders, Front Desk and Administrative Support, and Substitute Teachers. Ideal candidates have experience working with children, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping young learners grow. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred, or a willingness to obtain certification, and all team members must successfully complete a background check.
